Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Mark Twain once said that the secret to success is to “make your vocation your vacation.”   I believe that in order to achieve this, it is essential to recognize and express your unique gifts and talents, and to develop a way of working that makes use of these in the service of others.  My desire as a supervisor is to help you achieve your goals, love the work you do, and create a professional identity that just feels right.

I believe that one of the greatest gifts that we can give our clients is a commitment to our own Well-Being.  It’s been my experience that supervision and consultation are an integral part of being healthy, responsible, and inspired as a psychotherapist, and I have felt honored to be a part of the journey of many new professionals as they have made their beginnings in the field.

My experience includes serving as Clinical Director and Internship Coordinator of a residential treatment center for teens, where I supervised Masters level interns from universities across Colorado, therapists, and milieu staff.  Having worked in a variety of non-profit mental health settings for over 15 years, I am skilled in working with special populations and have extensive experience in fostering healthy relationships and collaboration within organizations.

I currently offer supervision and consultation for new and licensed professionals.
