FEES & INSURANCE

60-minute Individual Session $150
90-minute Individual Session $205

 Please inquire about sliding scale rates.

I offer a FREE initial session for new clients.  If you choose to continue therapy with me the session is charged, and if it is not the right fit for any reason the session will remain no cost to you.

I accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and most HSA accounts.

I do not accept insurance.  Payment is expected at the time of the appointment.  An itemized receipt will be provided if you choose to bill your insurance company directly. 

CLIENTS AT A DISTANCE

I offer sessions by phone or Facetime for clients at a distance.

The forms below are provided for you to complete before your first visit.  These forms can be conveniently downloaded below (click on each to view), printed at home or work, filled in, and brought with you to your appointment.  If you are unable to complete these forms in advance, copies will be provided during your first session.
