Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I currently offer Clinical Supervision and Consultation for both licensed professionals and therapists seeking LPC and ATR supervision hours.  I am an Approved Internal Family Systems (IFS) Clinical Consultant and can provide Consultation for Level I+ graduates working toward certification.  I work with therapists, both IFS-informed or trained, who want to be more Self-led, energized, effective, and take their IFS practice to the next level.

Having worked in a variety of mental health settings and private practice for over 15 years, I have developed skills to work with special populations and have extensive experience in fostering healthy relationships and collaboration within organizations.  My experience includes serving as Clinical Director and Internship Coordinator of a residential treatment center for teens, where I supervised Masters level interns from universities across Colorado, therapists, and milieu staff.

I believe that one of the greatest gifts that we can give our clients is a commitment to our own wellbeing.  Supervision and consultation can be an integral part of being a healthy, responsible, and inspired psychotherapist, providing support and connection that is necessary for this demanding work.

If you have ever wondered where to go next when working with clients, how to go deeper, get unstuck, or how to navigate challenging trauma reactions, consultation may be invaluable to ensuring your confidence in giving the best care you can.

Mark Twain is credited with having said that the secret to success is to “make your vocation your vacation.”  In order to achieve this, I believe it is essential to recognize and express your unique gifts and talents, and to develop a way of working that makes use of these in service to others.  My desire as a supervisor is to help you feel a sense of vitality and ease, love the work you do, and create a professional identity that feels just right.
